We have developed this policy to communicate our practices regarding information collection, management, and use relating to your visit(s) to our website (www.rocktheocean.com ) (the “Site”) including mobile versions of the Site as well as media channels connected with the Site. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to this policy. Accordingly, if you do not agree with the terms of this policy or our disclosed use of your information, please do not access or use the Site.
Collection and Use of Information
Other than information that you affirmatively provide us directly or through third party services providers (such as third parties we use for advertising or promotion) and your IP address, we do not actively collect any information through the Site that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address (“personal information”). We collect the personal information that you give us through the Site, such as when you use the “Contact” feature, sign up to receive newsletters, updates, coupons, announcements or invitations, or register for sweepstakes, incentives, or other events, or when you contact us by e-mail. In addition, we may use or disclose the information to administer sweepstakes or promotions, deliver targeted advertisement and/or coupons, fulfill and manage online purchase, process payments and refunds, increase the efficiency and operation of the Site, request feedback and troubleshoot issues, and other commercial purposes consistent with the law.
This Site is intended for use by businesses and individuals. The Site is not designed for children and it not our intent to collect any information from children. If you are not an adult, please do not use the Site.
Cookies, Log Files and Derivative Information
We also receive non-personally identifiable information through “cookies” and log files when you access our Site. A “cookie” is a small text file that is saved to and, during subsequent visits, retrieved from, your computer or mobile device. The Site uses cookies to enhance and simplify your visit. A ”log file” is an automatic record of events that occur on the Side is maintained on the Site or by our service provider. Online Tracking
Please note that the Site does not support “Do Not Track” browser settings and does not currently participate in any “Do Not Track” frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your personal or non-personally identifiable information.
